Services

Precise HVAC Home Services offers residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and water heater services. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic location.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by calling (860) 253-2224. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive informational text messages from Precise HVAC Home Services, including appointment reminders, service confirmations, technician arrival notifications, account notifications, and follow-ups related to your service. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept checks, all major credit cards, financing, and cash.

We stand behind our work with applicable warranties. Specific warranty details will be provided at the time of service.

Precise HVAC Home Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

There is so many good reviews i thought it was too good to be true.. 😔 BUT PRECISE HVAC RLLY IS GOOD! LIKE…..TOO GOOD 😳! They are very knowledgeable & wonderful. 😊 i’m glad i called them to come look at our AC! Now our house is nice & chill and im obsessed. 😭 all i be doing is going near our vents to catch the nice cold breeze that i took for granted.. 😢 don’t take your cold air for granted like me… but if u do, and ur AC ends up no longer working, do call Precise HVAC. They’re rlly amazing at what they do and very polite and professional 😊! I love Precise HVAC! ⭐️😆 heh.
