Did a very thorough inspection. After one company completely blew off our appointment, another came and talked for a half hour and did no work and tried to charge us for nothing. These guys identified problems proactively and helped show us how to light our furnace and turn it off.

Had my water heater pop on a Sunday morning. Precise was able to come out, same day, diagnose the issue for $99 (no emergency fees for Sunday) and they were ready to do the job the very next day. They were in and out in 3 hours, work looks clean and exactly what we discussed. They took care of the old heater no hassle on my part. They give you great text notifications so you know who’s coming to your house and when. Met 3 different members of the team, all were polite, clear in explanation, and professional. Excellent crew I will be contacting them for my needs in the future.

Jose was impressive to work with! I work with a lot of sub-contractors over the years as a real estate investor and Jose and his team are absolutely the best! We called Precise HVAC for a price to repair our old central air system. Jose arrived and was very friendly and thorough in explaining the options we had for replacement. Their pricing was quite fair. They were able to schedule and get the job within two weeks. The installation team was very professional and neat. We had a few minor issues after the installation and they responded immediately to make the corrections and to be sure we were completely satisfied. The office staff was also extremely helpful. It is hard getting good customer service and Precise HVAC has met all of our expectations. Kudos again to Jose and the entire installation/service crew for excellent work.
